Broiled Salmon
Season salmon with salt, oil, pepper, etc. (eg. Drizzle with grapeseed oil, rub with salmon seasoning)
Heat oven to 425 F and set rack so it salmon will be 6 inch from broiler.
Switch to broil on HI
Broil salmon until browned (5-7 minutes). If need be, remove after 5 minutes and put on lower rack for 3-4 minutes.
Thermometer temperature:
Preferred: Remove at 120
Safe: Remove at 140. Cooked at 145
Does great in a toaster oven as well.

Furikake Crusting Version
- Preheat to 425F
- Season with sesame oil and salt
- Optionally broil skin side to crisp it first and then flip.
- Cover top and sides in furikake
- Broil 5-7 minutes. Lower rack for 3-4 minutes if it has not hit 120F
