Chili Goma Ebi


-if desired:


  1. Cut shrimp into small pieces
  2. Slice green onion
  3. Mix with seaweed, sesame oil, & chilli to taste
  4. Add a dash of mirin
    1. For a creamier texture (or to tone down the spiciness), add mayo or Greek yogurt
    2. If desired, chop avocado into pieces (roughly the same size of the shrimp)
    3. Add sesame seeds &/or togaraishi to taste
  5. Mix ingredients well. Eat cold on sushi rice, or hot on regular white rice. Salt to taste
  6. Allow to rest to allow flavours to meld
