Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Wash kale and pat leaves dry with paper towel. They should be dry or very close to it.
  4. Break kale into chop size pieces. Discards stems and veins (or cook another way
  5. Place kale chips closely together without overlapping on the baking sheet(s)
  6. Lightly massage with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder
  7. Cook for 10 minutes
  8. Flip kale chips
  9. Cook for 10-15 minutes more.
