- Preheat oven to 300F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash kale and pat leaves dry with paper towel. They should be dry or very close to it.
- Break kale into chop size pieces. Discards stems and veins (or cook another way
- Place kale chips closely together without overlapping on the baking sheet(s)
- Lightly massage with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Flip kale chips
- Cook for 10-15 minutes more.
