Since this dripper definitely runs much faster, I’ve found you need to grind noticeably finer and/or use much lower ratios. eg. 12 instead of 15 on a Baratza encore, or 1:12 instead of 1:15 with coffee

300g water (1:15) - 95-96C
Coarse ground coffee (french press level?) 10 x 30g pours over 2.5 minutes. Pours are gentle (3-4g/second or 4-5 seconds to pour)
0:00 - pour 30g. Let bloom
0:30 - pour 30g (60 total)
0:45 - pour 30g (90 total)
1:00 - pour 30g (120 total)
1:15 - pour 30g (150 total)
1:30 - pour 30g (180 total)
1:45 - pour 30g (210 total)
2:00 - pour 30g (240 total)
2:15 - pour 30g (270 total)
2:30 - pour 30g (300 total)
Total will take 3-3.5 minutes to finish draw down

Uses Neo + Switch+Drip Assist

240g water (94C, and room temperature)
- 0:00-0:30 - Centre pour 64 g through drip assist. Swirl 5 times
- 0:30-1:00 - Centre pour 96 g (160g total) through drip assist
- 1:00-2:00 - close switch, centre pour 80g (240g total) of room temperature water through drip assist and swirl 5 times
- 2:00-3:00 - open switch and let draw down
Cooler but with nice mix of the immersion notes with the switch.

Pouring evenly over the entire bed results in a coffee with sweetness and a lingering aftertaste

- 0:00-0:30 - Bloom with 40g
- 0:30-1:00 - Add 90g more (130g total)
- 1:00-2:00 - Pour 30g in a circular motion from the outer edge so it reaches 160g total. Then continue with 80g in the centre to a total of 240g.
More standard V60 but faster.

- 0:35-0:45 - Make another hole in the middle and add 90g quickly (130g total)

- 1:37-1:50 - Make another hole in the middle and add 60g (240g total)
