Toasted Tuna Buns


8 stalks celery
1 medium onion
3 cans chunked tuna (drained)
1/2 jar mayo
1/4 lemon
1 block marble cheese (grated)
Spices to taste


  1. Mince/chop onion and celery into small pieces
  2. Add tuna, mayo and grated cheese. Mix well
  3. Add squeeze of lemon
  4. Add spices (ground pepper) and mix
  5. Cover buns evenly and bake at 400F for 20 minutes (until tops are golden brown)
